Pre-Order Policy
All pre-orders in which customers select “In-Store Pickup” will be fulfilled and customers will be notified via phone call when their order arrives. If unavailable, a voicemail will be left when possible.
Orders will be held for 30 days from the notification date.
If an order is not picked up and The Reading Rabbit Bookshop has not received additional correspondence from the customer within 30 days, the item may be returned to inventory. Payments made on unclaimed orders will be converted to store credit. Store credit is non-refundable and valid for 12 months.
Due to the nature of special-order inventory, refunds are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
